Introduction
To achieve this, I have focused on learning application development skills through projects and internships throughout my college years. I have diversified my skillset by enrolling and acing various computer science and business classes and have developed strong teamwork and communication skills by being the tech lead of an engineering student organization focused on renewable energy projects.
I have made it a point in my previous roles to keep active communication between myself and the project shareholders, as I highly value constant feedback.
My most significant interest is full-stack engineering and front-end engineering. To improve the skillset and contribute to people, I am building a beverage ordering system for Venture Café Tokyo as a volunteer. Besides, I am improving my portfolio/blog, which exists to share my experiences and learnings as an international student and software developer. I hope that others who are in similar situations can benefit from this. I am mostly using React, Node.js and GraphQL, and JavaScript for the projects.
I take pride in my ongoing learning efforts and find joy in extending this knowledge and experience to others. Given an opportunity at the company I am hired, I would show the very same traits.
I am currently looking for a new grad Software Engineering position in the United States. I am graduating in May 2020, I can start working right after that.
